Standard tuning, 1st string tuned down to Eb, 6th down to C.  Partial
capo on 3rd fret, covering all but the 1st string, which remains open at Eb.

(Note: I usually leave the tuning pegs alone and raise the capo a fret,
which makes fingering a teeny bit easier.)

(Also, I added the regular chords if you would like to simplify the 3 capo with standard tuning, and the regular chords will show up in the body of the song.)
